Now You Can Play Blackjack on Your iPad. Isn’t that Way Cool?

Like I need another distraction.

Just kidding.I love my iPad and I am just learning all the applications that are appropriate to it.

I’m no techie. I learn slowly, but I just recently received a press release from Spin3, saying that users can now access and experience its play-for-fun 21 Blackjack Party native application using their Apple iPad tablet computer.

Whoopee.

Powered by Microgaming, the world’s largest online gaming software provider, Spin3 says that 21 Blackjack Party is the ‘only application of its kind with community-style features’ and is available for the iPhone and iPad for free through Apple’s applications store.

Spin3 revealed that 21 Blackjack Party is the first blackjack game application to offer a community element that tracks a player’s skill level and uploads their scores to a live scoreboard.

Now that is cool.

I haven’t tried this out yet on my iPad, but I will. If anyone out there has played, let me know about the program…was it easy to play?

Spin3 also announced that it is currently optimising its existing portfolio of nine web application mobile casino games for the iPad.

It stated that the games, which were developed to support the Apple iPhone and smartphones with advanced web browsers, are expected to launch for the iPad in the coming months.
“The iPad is the first of a new category of ‘mobile’ devices and will have a huge impact on the way mobile content and entertainment is consumed,” said Matti Zinder, Chief Executive Officer for Spin3, which is a division of Spiral Solutions Limited.

So we’ll see, man.
