Whatever the situation, I suggest that you be honest with yourself and recognize when you are on tilt. If that is the case, you might want to step away till you get your head back.
Consider the time frame involved.
If you are staying at the casino for only a day, you might as well get up and leave. You’ll be better off that way. However, if you are on a 5-day casino vacation and you face a losing streak on the very first day, why not merely take a break from the table? Stand up, walk around and clear your head.
