Maximize Your Comps

We all know that comps are a way for the casino owners to entice potential and existing high rollers to patronize their premises more. We also know that getting more comps usually means that you are losing a lot of money at the tables. Yet we cannot help but want to get those comps anyway. Well here’s news for you. There are ways by which you can maximize those comps without having to lose all that much money. Here are some of them.

Do not underestimate your player card. This card is something given to casino patrons and is intended to track your movement around the casino. It keeps track of what tables and machines you play at, how much you spend, and the like. The information it gathers is then sent to customer service, which determines who gets comps. Not everyone uses their player card. If I were you, I would use it whenever I play any machine or at any table.

Play it smart at the blackjack table. Once you get to the table, give the dealer your card. He’ll then give this to the floor sup who will enter your information. What you should do is to buy in for large amounts. The minimum is $25. When the sup leaves, you can lower your buy in. This is totally possible for blackjack but not for other machines such as slots. The whole idea is to make it seem like you are a heavy better.

Let’s look at more ways to max comps in the next post.
