Casino gambling and online gambling
I love gambling online – call it my way of staying current and up to date with all of the technological trends that are sweeping all aspects of life right now. When I play gambling games online, I feel like I am in the cutting edge of technology, that I am not being left behind by the technology wave. I am still relevant, damn it! And my kids won’t ever accuse me of being a technological idiot.
But I have to admit too that gambling online is a totally different experience from gambling traditionally – that is, gambling in a casino. There is something about gambling in a casino that an online gambling site will never be able to match or even seek to recreate with a degree of believability.
I think that what sets casino gambling apart from online gambling is the organic nature of casino gambling. Gambling becomes a highly physical and tactile event. You go to a casino that has a unique atmosphere all its own. You see other players milling around looking for tables or games to play in. You see involved gamblers in their respective games and you get to see their facial reactions when they lose or win. And when you do get to play, you feel the table with your hands, caress the dice or playing cards and you also get to interact with the dealer. Casino gambling becomes a series of actions and reactions that only heightens what you are already feel.
I may like online gambling, but I shall always prefer casino gambling any day of the week.
Now THIS is great gaming news! What do I do now?
